I love Jim Brown’s 30-second balance and exercise videos. No matter your age, now’s a good time to start following his balance tips. Take it from someone (me) who needed to learn how to balance again after breaking my ankle last year. Balance and being able to get up off the floor, once done without thinking, I now have to practice daily.
And a final tip… get outside as much as possible, even if it’s cold. The fresh air and sun will do you a world of good if you’re feeling stressed or anxious during the holiday. Take a walk. Even just a few minutes will make you feel better.
